The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation is the service provider named in the legal notice. Privacy requests can be sent to the email address published there.

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, transferred volume, referrer, browser, and device information. This supports secure and stable delivery and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Log data is retained only as long as needed for operations, security, and troubleshooting, unless legal retention or evidence requirements apply.

Contact requests process your name, email address, topic, and message. Order requests additionally process language, selected package, device count, preferred payment method, total, and a random request reference.

Processing is necessary to respond to your request, take pre-contractual steps, or perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Legal retention duties may additionally rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The website does not collect card, PayPal, wallet, or online-banking credentials. Payment details are processed only through the payment route sent after manual review.

Contact and order requests are delivered to the responsible inbox through the server-side email service. Recipients may also include hosting, IT, and email providers engaged to operate the website.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area occur only where the selected provider processes there and the legal requirements, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, are met.

Request and communication data is retained until handling is complete. It is then deleted unless still needed to perform the contract, establish or defend claims, or meet statutory commercial and tax retention requirements.

Email copies and backups are removed through the applicable technical deletion and backup cycles.

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and embeds no external video players or streaming sources. Strictly necessary browser storage may be used where required for a function explicitly requested by the visitor.

Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly the authority at the controller’s establishment or your place of residence.
