Cancellation & refunds

Consumers may generally cancel a distance service contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded. Sending a clear cancellation statement to the provider identified in the legal notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Statutory cancellation, conformity, and other consumer rights apply independently of any voluntary money-back guarantee.

In addition to statutory rights, packages advertised with a 14-day money-back guarantee may be submitted for refund within 14 calendar days after first activation.

The guarantee does not affect statutory rights. A voluntary refund may be refused after individual review in cases of abuse, deception, or repeated claims for the same service period; mandatory legal claims remain unaffected.

For a statutory cancellation, refundable amounts are returned within the legally required period. The original payment method is generally used unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost to you.

For cryptocurrency payments, the precise repayment route is coordinated with you based on the originally agreed payment method and mandatory legal requirements.
